通过认知高校图书馆读者感知服务质量定义,剖析了图书馆服务质量差距产生的原因,探讨了高校图书馆提高服务质量管理的对策。
Through cognizing the definition of reader perceived university library's service quality, this paper analyzes the reasons why the difference of libraries' service quality produces, and probes into some countermeasures for improving the service quality management in university library.
