摘要
现阶段生鲜连锁超市是生鲜品经营的必然趋势。调查了上海地区不同收入阶层的人们对生鲜产品的关注内容与关注度以及对现存生鲜经营的评价,分析了生鲜超市经营不尽如人意的原因,并提出了生鲜连锁超市的开店策略。
The fresh supermarket under chain operation is an inevitable trend of Understanding of fresh foods business at this stage. This paper investigates the concerned contents and attentions of the fresh food products of the people of different income groups in Shanghai Area and their evaluation on existing fresh food operation, analyzes the reasons why theoperation of fresh supermarket is not as good as people want to be, and puts forward some strategies for opening fresh chain supermarket.
