为鉴定含氯胺类扩链剂的原料、中间体和产品的纯度、反应程度和结构,必须进行扩链剂氯含量的分析,一般是用适当的方法将试样分解成相应的无机卤化物,再用重量法和容量法进行测定,最常用的测定方法是氧瓶燃烧法、斯科尼格燃烧法及卡利乌斯氧化法。

In order to appraise the purity, reaction extent and structure of the raw materials, intermediates and products of chlorine amine chain extenders, the analysis on chlorine content of chain extender must be carried out. Generally, the specimen is decomposed into inorganic halides with suitable method and then determined by using the weight method andcapacity method, in which the most commonly used methods are the oxygen flask combustion method, Sconi combustion method and Kaliuz oxidation method.
