摘要
大体积混凝土施工的技术关键是降低胶凝材料的水化热,以降低混凝土的绝热升温,减少混凝土内外温差,控制温度应力,从而达到控制混凝土开裂的目的。以无锡市红星桥工程为例,从混凝土材料优选、施工及布设冷却管等方面入手,对有效地控制混凝土内外温差进行了分析,详细介绍了冷却管在大体积混凝土施工中的要点。
One of the key technologies in the mass concrete construction is to reduce the hydration heat of cementing materials for reducing the adiabatic heating of the concrete and the temperature difference between inside and outside of the concrete, controlling the temperature stress, and thus achieving the aim of controlling the concrete cracking. Taking theRed-star Bridge engineering in Wuxi City as an example, this paper makes the analysis on effective control of temperature difference between inside and outside of the concrete from aspects of the optimum selection of concrete materials, the construction, and the layout of cooling pipes, etc.
