摘要 讨论了网络化在染色厂间歇式染色机控制系统中的必要性,并采用PROFIBUS-DP总线构筑间歇式染色机控制网络系统,主要目标是对整个染色过程进行全程控制和监管,通过现场总线控制网络,下载染色工艺,并对现场数据进行采集、显示、控制,实行即时化生产和一次准确化生产。 Batch dyeing machine network control system is constructed in international position.The system controls the dyeing process,downloads dyeing technics,acquires,displays and controls data from local field,which helps textile immediately and one-time accurately produced,gets high efficiency and dyeing quality,lows produce cost,shortens delivery cycle and increases product competition ability.
