摘要
目的为有效监管互联网上发布的违法药品信息工作提高参考。方法分析互联网上发布违法药品信息的现状及面临的主要问题,介绍我国现阶段监测互联网发布违法药品信息的基本手段和效果。结果与结论在保障人民用药安全有效与合法权益的基础上,我们应以促进医药事业和互联网产业发展为目的 ,运用综合管理手段,加大对药品互联网上发布违法药品广告的监管力度,推动互联网药品信息(交易)服务的健康发展。
Objective Offer reference to the effective supervision on illegal drugs information released on the Internet.Methods Analyze the present situation and problems of the releasing of illegal drugs information on the Internet,and introduce the current means of supervision on the releasing of illegal drugs information on the Internet in China.Results and Conclusion In order to develop the drug as well as Internet industry,the following measure should be taken after ensuring people＇s safety and rights in drugs use： strengthen the supervision on illegal advertisements on the Internet using general management method,accelerate the development of Internet drugs information（business）.
