摘要
目的建立双黄连颗粒中绿原酸含量测定的HPLC分析方法。方法采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(13∶87),检测波长为330nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果绿原酸在0.0662~0.6620μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99963,平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为0.96%(n=9)。结论本方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于双黄连颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Shuanghuanglian Granules by HPLC.Methods The quantitative analysis was performed on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric(13∶87)with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 330nm.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.0662~0.6620μg(r=0.99963).The average recovery was 97.6%,and RSD was 0.96%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
