HACCP system was applied to the production of infant rice cereal.Biological,chemical and physical hazards in its process were assessed.Based on the potential hazards analysis,the critical control points,corrective actions and verification procedures were identified,and the HACCP plan form was established.Through the implementation of effective control on the whole process of infant rice cereal production,the reliable guarantee of infant rice cereal＇s quality was provided.
