摘要
将HACCP体系应用于婴儿米粉的生产中,对婴儿米粉加工工艺过程中各工序的生物、化学和物理危害进行了一系列的评估。通过对潜在风险的分析,确定了关键控制点、纠偏措施和验证方法,并建立了HACCP计划表。通过对婴儿米粉的生产全过程实施有效控制,使婴儿米粉的产品质量有了可靠保障。
HACCP system was applied to the production of infant rice cereal.Biological,chemical and physical hazards in its process were assessed.Based on the potential hazards analysis,the critical control points,corrective actions and verification procedures were identified,and the HACCP plan form was established.Through the implementation of effective control on the whole process of infant rice cereal production,the reliable guarantee of infant rice cereal's quality was provided.
