摘要
目的研究布拉德福文献分散定律在药品核心专利分析中的应用及药品领域核心专利的确定。方法采取统计分析法和文献调研法。结果与结论布拉德福定律可以综合应用于药品核心专利分析,在核心区的符合程度较好。此外,依据布拉德福定律,目前药品领域核心专利大致有17种。
Objective Research on application of Bradfod literature dispersion law in drugs core patent analysis and determination of drugs domain core patent.Methods Statistical analytic method and literature investigation were carried out.Results and Conclusion The Bradfod law synthesis may apply in the drugs core patent analysis,conforms to the degree in the core area.In addition,based on Bradfod law,the drugs domain core patent has 17 kinds approximately at present.
