摘要
[目的]比较老鸦柿不同部位总多糖、总皂苷和总黄酮的含量。[方法]采用比色法测定总多糖、总皂苷和总黄酮的含量。[结果]不同部位总多糖的含量分别为:果实30.19%、种子4.86%、茎5.28%、叶28.43%、根16.78%;不同部位总皂苷的含量:果实4.73%、种子1.33%、茎6.64%、叶6.24%、根3.26%;不同部位总黄酮的含量:果实4.20 mg/g、种子2.01 mg/g、茎3.60 mg/g、叶23.16 mg/g、根8.26 mg/g。[结论]总多糖含量为果实>叶>根>茎>种子;总皂苷含量为茎>叶>果实>根>种子;总黄酮含量为叶>根>果实>茎>种子。
[Objective] The study aimed to compare the content of total polysaccharides,saponins and flavone in different parts of D.rhombifolia.[Method] The total polysaccharide,saponins and flavone content in different parts of D.rhombifolia were determined by UV-visible spectrophotometer.[Result] The total polysaccharides content in different parts were as follows: 30.19% in fruits,4.86% in seeds,5.28% in stems,28.43% in leaves and 16.78% in roots.The total saponins contents in different parts were 4.73% in fruits,1.33% in seeds,6.64% in stems,6.24% in leaves and 3.26% in roots.The total flavone content in different parts were 4.20 mg/g in fruits,2.01 mg/g in seeds,3.60 mg/g in stems,23.16 mg/g in leaves and 8.26 mg/g in roots.[Conclusion] The order of total polysaccharides,saponins and flavone content in different parts were fruitsleavesrootsstemsseeds,stemsleavesfruitsrootsseeds and leavesrootsfruitsstemsseeds,respectively.
