摘要
目的探讨抗肿瘤药物临床药师在肿瘤患者实施化疗中的作用。方法从临床药师化疗前协助医生制定化疗方案,做好化疗前预处理;化疗时加强与护士沟通,关注用药细节;化疗后加强与患者的沟通,提高依从性等方面,探讨抗肿瘤临床药师的作用。结果临床药师的参与有效提高了药物疗效,增强了患者的依从性,降低了药物不良反应的发生率。结论临床药师只有强化药学知识,加强与医、护、患之间的有效沟通,才能确保肿瘤患者用药安全。
Objective To explore the clinical pharmacists of antineoplastic chemotherapy in cancer patients the role of the implementation.Methods Discuss the role of antineoplastic clinical pharmacists from the aspects which clinical pharmacists assist physicians by developing chemotherapy regimen and good pretreatment before chemotherapy;Enhance communication with the nurse and concern about the drug details at chemotherapy;Enhance communication with patients and improve compliance after chemotherapy.Results The participation of clinical pharmacists improve drug efficacy,increase patient compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Conclusion Only by strengthening pharmaceutical knowledge and enhancing effective communication with physicians,nurses and patients,can the clinical pharmacist ensure the drug safety of cancer cure.
