现代烟草农业建设中实现低碳发展的思考

Thoughts on the Low-carbon Development in the Construction of Modern Tobacco Agriculture

阐述了低碳农业的基本内涵,分析了低碳农业与现代烟草农业的关系,提出现代烟草农业建设中实现低碳发展的有效路径:加强低碳经济理念及宣传教育,加快观念转变;因地制宜,加强低碳烟草农业核心技术的推广与应用;大力推进烟叶标准化生产,实施烟叶生产过程控制;实施烟农农业科学技术教育培训工程,提高烟农综合素质。

The paper elaborated the basic connotation of low-carbon agriculture,then analyzed the relations between low-carbon agriculture and modern tobacco agriculture,and finally proposed the effective ways to achieve low-carbon development of modern tobacco agriculture,including enhancing the propagation and education of low-carbon economy theory so as to accelerate the concept change;taking measures in accordance with local conditions to strengthen the popularization of main low-carbon tobacco agriculture technologies;actively promoting the standardized tobacco production to control the tobacco production process;carrying out the education and training of tobacco farmers so as to improve their comprehensive quality.
