摘要
[目的]测评头颈部癌患者术后或放化疗后的生存质量及其影响因素。[方法]对116例头颈部癌术后或放化疗后患者进行问卷调查。[结果]患者生存质量的总分为717.45±109.63。Logistic回归分析表明影响患者生存质量的主要因素有:确诊距今时间、疾病种类、疾病分期、治疗方式、并发症、经济状况、焦虑状况、抑郁状况及社会支持。[结论]应采取综合性的干预措施提高患者的生存质量,既要重视生理因素,也要重视心理和社会因素。
[Purpose] To analyze the quality of life and its influencing factors in head and neck cancer patients after operation or radiotherapy and chemotherapy.[Methods] One hundred and sixteen head and neck cancer patients were surveyed by special questionnaires.[Results] The total score of UW-QOL in head and neck cancer patients was 717.45 ±109.63.Period of diagnosis comfirmed till treatment,histopathologic type,the stage of disease,modality of treatment,complications,economic status,anxiety,depression and social support were the main influencing factors.[Conclusion] Comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to improve the quality of life in head and neck cancer patients.Not only physiologic factor but also psychologic factor and social factor should be paid more attention.
