中国省级农科院网站域名使用现状调查

A Research on the Domain Names of Websites of Academies of Agricultural Sciences in China

域名对于中国各省级农科院建立的政务网站具有重要作用。现有的各省级农科院网站域名缺乏规范,影响了公共服务和对内对外交流的质量。通过中国农科院官网搜集,并经过百度搜索核实了各省农科院网站域名共30个。详细分析了它们选择的域名后缀和域名命名方式等方面的混乱现状,并就此提出了一些域名规范措施:第一是域名后缀统一为"ac.cn";第二是"农科院"一词英文缩写统一为"aas",拼音缩写统一为"nky";第三是域名主名命名方式统一为"[省名第一字拼音全拼]+[其后几字的拼音首字母缩写]"或"[省名的独特简称全拼]+[连字符"-"]+[省名拼音首字母缩写]"。

Domain-names have an important role in the government websites of provincial academies of agricultural sciences.The existing domain-names of these websites lack standardization,which influences public service and communication.Through the websites of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,30 domain-names of these websites were collected,checked and confirmed by searching Baidu.Detailed analysis of their choice of suffixes and ways of naming domain-names was made to present the chaos in this situation,and therefore some measures for solving this problem were proposed.Firstly,the suffix of these domain-names should be unified as＂ac.cn＂;Secondly,the acronym of＂Academy of Agricultural Sciences＂should be＂aas＂ in English or＂nky＂in pinyin;Thirdly,the way of naming the main name of domain-names should be＂[full spelling of the first word of the name of a province in pinyin]＋[acronym of the following words of the name of the province in pinyin]＂o＂r[full spelling of the unique abbreviation of a province]＋[hyphen＂-＂]＋[acronym of the name of the province in pinyin]＂.
