检测膀胱移行细胞癌患者尿液中IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ和IGFBP3、5水平的意义 被引量:2

Significance of Detecting Urine IGF-Ⅰ,Ⅱ and IGFBP3,5 in Patients with Transitional Cell Carcinoma of Bladder

摘要 [目的]探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3、5(IGFBP3、5)在膀胱移行细胞癌患者尿液中水平及其临床意义。[方法]27例膀胱移行细胞癌标本来自2008年1月至2009年4月嘉兴市第一医院手术治疗的患者,采用ELISA法检测患者术前和术后尿液标本中IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ和IGFBP3、5水平。[结果]膀胱移行细胞癌患者尿液中IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP3和IGFBP5术前分别为11.02±59.34、17.78±9.23和3.81±3.19,术后分别为245.29±98.86、18.28±6.69、2.76±3.56,术前、术后无显著差异(P>0.05);IGF-Ⅱ在术前尿液中高达2718.59±3216.89,术后明显下降到1170.62±914.95,术前、术后比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]测定膀胱移行细胞癌患者尿液中的IGF-Ⅱ对诊断和随访有临床意义。
