摘要
对矿用检漏继电器发展中几个值得关注的问题作了详细分析 ,指出 :①用馈电开关增加漏电保护功能取代检漏继电器是一种不应提倡的方法 ;②检漏继电器采用零序电抗器并不影响选择性漏电保护的实现 ,而对其可靠工作作用明显 ;③电容电流补偿对于人身安全与防止矿井火灾、减少瓦斯爆炸发生都将十分有利 ,不应简单取消。但应努力开展电容电流自动补偿的研究工作 ,以进一步提高检漏继电器的技术水平。
The paper has analysis on the remarkable problems in development of mine leakage check relay. A feeding switch with a leakage protection function to replace a leakage check relay should not be adopted for practices. The application of one set or more sets of the feeding switch with additional check power will cause the isolation indication of a kiloohm meter to run out of its real value. To have a proposed leakage protection result, there is no a set or more sets of leakage check device with an additional check power used at side of the transformer. The leakage check relay has equipped with a 0 sequence reactor which would not effect the function of selective leakage protection and would have a obvious reliable performance function. So this is an optimum plan for application. A capacitance current compensation will be favorable to human safety, mine fire prevention and gas explosion reduction and should not be omitted. Once no compensation of a capacitance current, When human gets electric shock, not only a first safety parameter will be highly over and the second parameter also will be highly over at many locations. A study on an auto compensation of capacitance current should be highly conducted to improve the technical level of the leakage check relay.
