慢性肾功能衰竭患者心律失常监测分析

Analysis of arrhythmia in patients with chronic renal failure

目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者心律失常的发生情况、产生原因及其与临床的关系。方法回顾性分析96例慢性肾功能衰竭患者的24 h动态心电图中心律失常的发生情况。结果所有患者动态心电图均有心律失常发生。肾功能越差,复合心律失常发生率越高。慢性肾功能衰竭血钾正常与高血钾的严重心律失常发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者心律失常发生率高且类型多样,其严重程度与肾功能减退程度有关。

Objective To discuss the incidence and causes of arrhythmias and the correlation with the clinic for patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 24-hour ambulatory electrocardionraphic monitoring （Holter） on 96 cases with arrhythmias of chronic renal failure were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients had arrhythmia in Hoher monitoring. The worse the renal functon was, the higher incidence of complex arrhythmia there was. There were statistics differences between chronic renal failure with normokalemia and the incidence of serious arrhythomia with hyperpotassemia （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The incidence of arrhythmia on patients with chronic renal failure is high, and it has the characteristics of multiform, its severity is associated with the degree of renal dysfunction.
