分光光度法测定复方刺五加片中总黄酮含量研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立分光光度法测定复方刺五加片中总黄酮含量的方法,为复方刺五加片的质量控制提供参考。方法采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品、采用510nm波长处对复方刺五加片中总黄酮含量进行测定。结果芦丁对照品在(8.32-58.24)mg/L。的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.96%,RSD=4.19%(n=6),3批复方刺五加片样品中总黄酮含量分别为10.05、9.98、10.01mg/片,平均为10.01mg/片。结论分光光度法测定复方刺五加片中总黄酮含量方法操作简单易行,测定结果可靠,可作为复方刺五加片总黄酮的检测及质量控制。 Objective To establish the methods of assaying of total flavonoids in compositus aeanthopanax tablet with spectrophotometry,and provide the reference for quality control of eompositus aeanthopanax tablet. Methods Speetrophotometry were carry out. Results Rutoside as control article keep a satisfactory linear relation in (8.32-58.24) mg/L (r =0.999 7), average of sample recovery rate was 99.96%, RSD = 4.19%(n = 6), assaying of total flavonoids in three batch was 10.05 mg, 9.98 mg and 10.01 mg in one tablet, average of total flavonoids was 10.01 mg in a tablet. Conclusion decting assaying of total flavonoids in compositus acanthopanax tablet with spectrophotometry was simple in manipulation, result of detecting was reliably,and could be service as methods of detecting and quality control in compositus aeanthopanax tablets.
