胃肠道异物116例手术治疗分析

Foreign body in gastrointestinal surgery:an analysis of 116 cases

目的探讨胃肠道异物的手术适应证、术式和并发症的处理。方法回顾性分析116例胃肠道异物的手术治疗、转归。结果 115例均治愈出院,1例诈病自动出院。结论胃肠道异物的大小(一般长度超过10 cm或横径大于2 cm)、形状(锐利)、滞留时间(大于1周)、是否发生并发症为决定手术适应证的关键因素;术式的选择及并发症的处理要根据异物在胃肠道的具体位置和对脏器的损伤情况灵活掌握。

Objective To investigate the remedy indicationm,ethod and complication of the foreign bodyin gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Treatment and clinical outcome of 116 cases of the foreign body in gastrointestinal tract were retrospectively analysed. Results All of the 116 patients, 115 were cured except one was malingering. Conclusion The determining factor underpinning any operative indication decision are gastrointestinal tract size （the general length 〉10 cm or TD 〉 2 era）, shap （sharp） detention time （〉 1 week） , or whether happened complications; Mastering some key techniques of the selected operative and complication treatment on foreign body position in the gastrointestinal tract and visceral organ damage.
