多元统计分析方法在钛白粉生产水解工序能力评价中的应用研究

摘要 硫酸法钛白粉生产中水解工序具有三个基本质量特性且相互有一定相关性,因而对水解工序不能直接进行一元工序能力指数有效评价。本文首次采用多元统计分析的方法解决了在钛白粉生产的水解工序实例中进行多元工序能力指数综合评价的问题,不仅为出入境检验检疫机构日常监管出口钛白粉分类管理企业的关键过程,提出了一种客观科学的评价方法,而且为企业加强水解工序的工艺指导和自我质量控制提供了依据。 Hydrolysis process of titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid process has three basic quality characteristics which have a certain correlation with each other.As a result,unary process capability index cannot be used to make effective evaluation of the hydrolysis process directly.The paper for the first time solves the comprehensive evaluation problem of multivariate process capability index in the hydrolysis process practice by means of multivariate statistical analysis,which not only provides an objective and scientific evaluation method for the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine institutions to supervise the key process of titanium dioxide export enterprises with category management,but also lays a foundation for the enterprises to strengthen the process guidance and self-quality control of their hydrolysis process.
