摘要
目的研究益寿丸对D-半乳糖(D-gal)所致衰老小鼠自由基及免疫器官的影响,初步探讨其抗衰老的作用机制。方法采用D-半乳糖复制亚急性衰老小鼠模型。测定衰老小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以及胸腺、脾脏指数,并观察益寿丸对上述指标的影响。结果益寿丸能明显提高D-半乳糖衰老小鼠血清中SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活性,降低MDA含量,并提高胸腺、脾脏指数。结论益寿丸抗衰老作用可能与其能提高机体抗氧化酶活性,提高机体免疫功能有关。
Objective To study the effect of Yishou Pills on metabolism of free radicals and immune organs in subacute aging model mice induced by D-galactose. Methods Aging model in mice was established by D-galsctose (D-gal), and the activities of SOD, GSH-PX, CAT, as well as contents of MDA in serum and immune indexes were measured. Results The activities of SOD, GSH-PX, CAT were increased significantly by Yishou pills and the content of MDA in serum decreased. The spleen and the thymus index were also elevated by Yishou pills. Conclusion The anti-aging of Yishou pills could be related with scavenging free radicals and improving immune function
