摘要
目的研究香丹注射液对血小板聚集功能的影响。方法进行体内、体外试验,观察香丹注射液对不同诱导剂诱导的家兔血小板聚集率的影响。结果香丹注射液体内能抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、血小板活化因子(PAF)诱导的血小板聚集;体外试验对ADP、PAF诱导的血小板聚集亦有抑制作用,半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为76.73 mg mL-1、89.21 mg mL-1。结论香丹注射液具有抑制血小板聚集的作用。
Objective To study the effects of Xiangdan Injection on blood platelet aggregation rate in vivo and in vitro. Methods The effects of Xiangdan Injection on blood platelet aggregation rate induced by different mutagens in vivo and in vitro were investigated. Results The blood platelet aggregation induced by Adenosine Diphosphate （ADP） and Blood Platelet Activating Factor （PAF） could be inhibited by Xiangdan Injection in vivo and in vitro, and the ICs0 value was 76.73 and 89.21 mgomL1, respectively. Conclusion Xiangdan Injection had obviously suppressing effect to the blood platelet aggregation.
