摘要
针对建设项目中国民经济的间接效益费用难以确定的问题 ,建立了一些量化模型和无形效果的描述模型 ;在风险分析中 ,采用了多因素敏感性分析和随机概率模拟分析模型 ,并应用于某矿山企业的经济评价实践 ,得出了比较符合实际的经济评价结果。
In view of the indirect benefit cost which is difficult to be determined in national economy evaluation model of construction projects, some quantization models and description models of invisible result were established; The model of multi sensativity analysis and the model of random probability simulation analysis were adopted for risk analysis. The models are applied in economic evaluation practice of a mine enterprise, and practical economic evaluation result was obtained.
