摘要
目的建立中药参橘止咳滴丸HPLc指纹图谱，全面评价其质量。方法采用HPLC法，色谱柱：HypersilC18（250mmx4．6mm，5gm）；流动相为甲醇一0．2％醋酸溶液梯度洗脱，检测波长280nm，柱温25oC，流速0．6-1．0mL·min-1结果找到16个共有峰；鉴别了肉桂酸、橙皮苷、哈巴俄苷。结论该方法准确可靠，为全面控制制剂质量提供了依据。
Objective To establish the fingerprint analysis method of Shenjuzhike pills and assess its quality completely. Methods Aanalysis was performed on an Hypersil Cl8 column with a methanol-0.2% acetic acid gradient,detection wavelength was 280 nm, the flow rate was 0.6-1.0 mL.min-1, and the colunm temperature was at 25°C. Results 16 peaks were separated on HPLC fingerprint in Shenjuzhike pills, cinnamic acid, hesperidin,and harpagoside were identified. Conclusion The method was reliable and accurate for controling its quality completely.
