城市混合燃气中矿井气的研究及应用

Studies of the mine gas from urban mixed gases and its utilization

矿井气与人工煤气掺混后 ,由于矿井气中CH4浓度很不稳定 ,造成混合燃气的华白指数波动很大 ,超出燃气互换性的范围 ,这样 ,用户在使用燃气时会有一定的安全隐患 .为此 ,我们分析研究了水煤气生产中施放出来的烟气 .试验表明 ,在混合燃气中掺混一定比例的烟气后 ,华白指数可稳定在规定范围内 ,灶具燃烧工况良好 .

After the man_made gas is mixed with the mine gas, it will cause a great rise and fall in Wobbe index which goes beyond the scope of the gas interchangeability due to the un_stable concentration of CH_4 from mine gas. Thus, there will be some hidden danger when the consumers use the gas. Therefore, some analysis and studies of the exhaust gas from the water_gas producing have been done. The test has showed that a certain proportion of exhaust gas mixed with the mixed gases, the Wobbe index is stable in the fixed scope, and the gas range will keep a good condition when in use.
