摘要
目的探讨不同进餐方式对胃溃疡活动期患者治疗效果的影响。方法将本院收治的98例胃溃疡活动期患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各48例,两组患者在相同治疗基础上,对照组按常规少食多餐原则进食,每天4 ~ 5餐,试验组按平常食量,每天3餐。2周后比较两组患者消化道症状情况,8周后比较两组患者治疗效果。结果2周后试验组患者上腹痛、腹胀缓解率及8周后治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(均P < 0.05),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论胃溃疡活动期按"平常食量,每天3餐"进餐方式饮食,可增强药物治疗效果,提高胃溃疡愈合率。
Objective To investigate the influences of different dining manners on the treatment effect of active gastric ulcer. Methods 98 patients with active gastric ulcers were evenly randomized into the test group and the control group. All from the two groups received the same therapy. The patients in the control group had four or five meals a day at the normal amount and the patients in the experimental group three meals a day at the normal amount. The two groups were compared regarding the symptoms in the alimentary canals after two weeks and then regarding the curative effect after eight weeks. Results The relief rates of upper abdominal pains and abdominal distention and the total effective rate in the experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion That the patients with active gastric ulcers have three meals regularly may be supplementary for medicine therapy so that the healing rate of gastric ulcers is improved.
