摘要 对矿山机械液压系统的摩擦磨损进行了分析和探讨。分析表明:矿山机械工作环境恶劣,液压元件的磨损主要是油液污染造成的[1],其元件磨损失效形式通常有4种:磨粒磨损、疲劳磨损、粘着磨损和腐蚀及侵蚀磨损。 This paper analyses and approaches wear of the hydraulic units in the ore machine,analysis indicates that oil pollution causes the wear of the units and that there are usually four types of lose efficacy wear of the solid grainy wear,fatigue wear,adhere wear,corrosion wear and erosion wear.
