摘要
对采煤机渐开线、摆线复合齿轮-销轨无链牵引机构作了理论分析及光弹性试验研究。论述了复合齿廓的形成及传动性能,进行了啮合运行状态的计算机模拟仿真,并利用有限元法和光弹实验对其强度进行了分析,研究表明该机构具有良好的啮合特性和适应性,不仅克服了普通摆线齿轮节点附近接触应力大、磨损严重的弊病,而且齿根弯曲强度也有了一定程度的提高。
The paper theoretically analyzes the non-chain drawing mechanism with involute cycloidal compound tooth in a coal machine and researches the photoelastic test. These studies show that the mechanism has better gearing property and adaptability through expounding the formation Of compound gear profile and transmission property, simulating the condition of gearing operation by computer and analyzing the strength by the finite element method and photoelastic test, which not only overcome the disadvantages appeared in common cycloidal gear, but the curve strength at the root of gear is also improved.
