摘要
目的确立护理本科生客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)中标准化病人(SP)的培训大纲,并分析其可行性及可靠性。方法采用德尔菲法,对30名护理专家进行2轮咨询,确定教师标准化病人(TSP)和学生标准化病人(SSP)的培训大纲及具体培训内容。结果确立了TSP及SSP培训大纲内容及其权重。结论咨询专家对培训大纲合适程度及重要性的评价较为一致,培训大纲客观可行,为TSP与SSP应用于教学及OSCE奠定了基础。
Objective To construct the training outline for standardized patients (SP) in objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in undergraduate nursing education and analyze its feasibility and reliability. Methods The Delphi method was used to construct the training outlines for teacher standardized patients(TSP) and student standardized patients(SSP) and related training contents, and 30 experts answered the questionnaires in two rounds. Results We established the training curriculum of TSP and SSP and set the weights of the various curriculums and training contents. Conclusions The experts consistently consider the appropriate degree and importance of the training outlines for TSP and SSP. The training outlines for TSP and SSP are objective and feasible, which provides a basis for applying TSP and SSP in nursing teaching and OSCE. [Key words]
