“双师型”护理教师课堂教学质量评价体系的构建 被引量:15

摘要 目的构建"双师型"护理教师临床专业课教学质量评价体系。方法应用文献调研法、深度访谈法自行设计问卷,对全国6省19名护理专家进行Delphi专家咨询。结果形成了对"双师型"教师客观要求评价和护理学学生自我感知评价两份评价量表。结论此评价体系量化了护理"双师型"教师对教学过程的改进标准,突出了学生的教学主体地位,完善了"双师型"教师临床专业课课堂教学质量评价体系。 Objective To construct a quality evaluation system for double-qualified nursing teachers'classroom teaching.Methods A questionnaire was designed through literature search method and in-depth interview method.The Delphi method was used to construct the quality evaluation system for double-qualified nursing teachers'classroom teaching,and 19 nursing experts coming from 6 provinces answered the questionnaire in two rounds.Results We constructed the two forms of nursing students'evaluation on double-qualified teachers'objective request and nursing students'evaluation on double-qualified teachers'classroom teaching quality.Conclusion The quality evaluation system can quantitatively evaluate double-qualified nursing teachers'classroom teaching and fully reflect nursing students'subjective role.
