摘要
为应对信息化密集的工作环境对护理本科生的护理信息能力提出的挑战,运用信息学理论和护理理论,在对护理信息能力概念和护理本科生的护理信息能力重要性进行理论分析的基础上,分析护理本科生护理信息能力培养模式,结合我国目前护理本科生护理信息学能力较为薄弱的现状,提出护理信息能力培养与护理本科生的培养方案相整合的设想,旨在为探索和发展我国的护理本科生护理信息能力培养的理论及实践提供参考。
In order to cope with the challenge of information-intensive work environment,we analyzed the concept of nursing information competeneies and the importance of nursing information competencies of undergraduate nursing students with information theory and nursing theory,summarized the training models of nursing information competencies among undergraduate nursing students,and then put forward a model integrated nursing information competencies in baccalaureate nursing program combining with the problems in the training of nursing information competencies in China,in order to provide a reference for the further exploration and development of the theory and practice about nursing information competencies in baccalaureate nursing program.
