慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清血管内皮生长因子水平变化及其临床意义 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察稳定期和急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平变化,并与肺功能进行相关性分析。方法选取稳定期COPD患者30例(稳定期COPD组)、急性加重期COPD患者30例(急性加重期COPD组)及健康对照者30例(健康对照组),分别测定其血清VEGF水平及肺功能,并对结果进行分析。结果稳定期COPD组患者血清VEGF水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05),与FEV1%呈正相关(r=0.723,P<0.01);急性加重期COPD组患者血清VEGF水平高于稳定期COPD组和健康对照组(P<0.05),与FEV1%呈正相关(r=0.583,P<0.01)。结论不同时期COPD患者的血清VEGF水平不同。血清VEGF水平可反映COPD的严重程度。 Objective To observe the change of the levels of VEGF in serum of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and its correlation with lung function.Methods Selected 30 cases patients with stable COPD(stable COPD group) ,30 cases patients with acute exacerbation of COPD(acute exacerbation of COPD group) and 30 cases healthy peoples(healthy control group) ,measured serum VEGF level and lung function of three groups,analyzed the result.Results Serum VEGF level of stable COPD group was lower than that of healthy control group(P<0.05) ,and with FEV1% was positive correlation(r=0.723,P<0.01) ;Serum VEGF level of acute exacerbation of COPD group was higher than that of stable COPD group and healthy control group(P<0.05) ,and with FEV1% was positive correlation(r=0.583,P<0.01) .Conclusion The level of VEGF in serum are different in different stage of patient with COPD.The level of VEGF in serum can reflect the severity of COPD.
