摘要
本研究用乍娜×早玫瑰即早熟×极早熟的杂交方式,通过胚珠培养获得了组培杂种苗。试验结果表明:①在杂交授粉后36d采样,用Nitsch大+MS微+有机元素+LH100mg/L+Ad10mg/L+IBA2mg/L+GA30.4mg/L+3%蔗糖十0.6%琼脂培养基培养后,幼胶可不经低温处理直接萌发成苗,成苗率为11.5%。②在杂交授粉后45d采样,经低温(2-3C)处理60d后,用MS培养基,萌发成苗率为31.2%。⑤在杂交授粉52d以后采样,无论采取哪组培养基及培养程序,均未培养成功。
By the means of ripening x very early ripening cross combination and in Vitro ovule-embryo culture,hybridplants had been obtained. The results are as following.1. The immature embryos in A medium could grrminate directly without dormancy 36 days after pollination. The rate of germination is l1.5%.Medium of A was:Nitsch majority elements+MS micro elements+GA3, 0.4%mg/L+3% srg3+0.6% agar.2. Thirty-one percentag6 ovules forty-five days after pollination could germinate in MS mdeium after low temperature treatment for 60 days.3. Whenever what mdeium or what culture program been used,none of the embryos 52 days pollination(III ~ V stages) could germinate.
