摘要
“左红一”是1984年以山一欧F179－26-58为母本，山葡萄74－6－83为父本杂交选育而成的抗寒酿酒品种。果穗平均重156．7g，穗长16．8cm、宽10．3cm。果粒黑色，果粒平均重1．01g，粒径11．75mm。浆果含可溶性回形物16．9％，总酸1．54％，单宁0．0317％，出汁率61．9％。3－7年生树平均产量1215．92kg／kg/1000m2。植株从萌芽至浆果成熟120－125d。
Zuohong No.1' was bred from 79-26-58( V.amurensis x V.Vinifera F,) and 74-6-83( Vamurensis)cross in 1984, the new wined variety has strong cold-resistance. Compact berries round and black, Average clusterweight is 156.7g, l6.8cm of clster length, 10.3cm of width. The averagr grain weight is 1.01g. 11.75mm of graindiameter. The contents of solute solids, organic acids and tannins in the fruit juice are 16.9%. 1.54% and 0.0317%respectively. 61.9%of juice rate. Average yield 1215.92 kg/1000m= during 3 ~ 7 year trees. The growth. period frombud break to fruit ripen is 120 ~ 125 days.
