Analysis on the Development Trend and Evaluation of Low-carbon Economy in Shanghai

论文利用碳排放脱钩弹性系数、CO2排放强度、人均CO2排放量、CO2排放量等指标分析上海低碳经济发展态势,据此判断上海低碳经济发展所处阶段,进而通过上海与其他国家和地区碳排放水平的比较对上海低碳经济发展做出总体评价。

By decoupling elasticity coefficient of carbon emissions,CO2 emission intensity,CO2 emissions per capita,CO2 emissions and other indicators,the paper analyzes the development trend of low-carbon economy in Shanghai,and judges the stage of Shanghai low-carbon economy.Then it evaluates the development level of low carbon economy of Shanghai by comparing Shanghai with other countries based on the indicators of CO2 emissions.
