产学研结合模式下工科研究生培养的探讨

Research on the Collaborative Education Model of Production-teaching-research in the Engineering Postgraduate Students Training

在产学研结合模式下,工科研究生培养工作面临着一些问题,如企业导师资源不足、指导研究生的积极性有待进一步提高,研究生课程体系缺乏灵活性等。针对这些问题,从企业导师、课程体系、研究生创新和攻关能力、质量保证体系的角度进行了探讨,提出了一些对策。

On the collaborative education model of production-teaching-research,the work of the engineering postgraduate students training is facing the problems as follows：enterprise tutors are insufficient,their research initiative needs to be further improved,and postgraduate courses is lack of flexibility,and so on.The paper proposed some measures for solving the problems,from the point of the enterprise tutors,postgraduate courses and research capacity and quality guarantee system.
