摘要
研究了某些金属离子和酮酸对固定化黄曲霉发酵L-苹果酸的影响。结果表明:Mn2+ 能明显促进固定化细胞产酸;Cu2+ 和Pb2+ 能强烈抑制固定化细胞产酸;Zn2+ 、Al3+ 和Cr4+ 对产酸影响不明显。PYA和PEP对固定化细胞产酸均有显著的促进作用。
The efectofaddition ofsom e m etalions and keto acids on L-m alic acid ferm entation by im m obilized Aspergillus flavus wasstudied. The results showed thatM2+n could stim ulate L-m alicacid production ofim m obilized cellsevidently. Contrarily, C2+u and Pb2+ could inhibited L-m alicacid production ofim m obilized cellsextrem ely. And there was no obvious effecton L-m alic acid production when adding Z2+n , Al3+ and Cr4+ . Both PYA and PEPcould im prove L-m alicacid production ofim m obilized cellsrem arkably.
