金属离子和酮酸对固定化细胞发酵L-苹果酸的影响

研究了某些金属离子和酮酸对固定化黄曲霉发酵Ｌ－苹果酸的影响。结果表明：Ｍｎ２＋ 能明显促进固定化细胞产酸；Ｃｕ２＋ 和Ｐｂ２＋ 能强烈抑制固定化细胞产酸；Ｚｎ２＋ 、Ａｌ３＋ 和Ｃｒ４＋ 对产酸影响不明显。ＰＹＡ和ＰＥＰ对固定化细胞产酸均有显著的促进作用。

The efectofaddition ofsom e m etalions and keto acids on L-m alic acid ferm entation by im m obilized Aspergillus flavus wasstudied. The results showed thatM2+n could stim ulate L-m alicacid production ofim m obilized cellsevidently. Contrarily, C2+u and Pb2+ could inhibited L-m alicacid production ofim m obilized cellsextrem ely. And there was no obvious effecton L-m alic acid production when adding Z2+n , Al3+ and Cr4+ . Both PYA and PEPcould im prove L-m alicacid production ofim m obilized cellsrem arkably.
