All-out Civic Participation in Cultural Heritage Protection——Heritage Protection Strategies for Japanese Wine Culture and What We Can Learn

通过对日本酒文化遗产保护策略的分析,认为日本对文化遗产的保护具有文化核心承载者为保护主体、由全民参与的特点,而全民参与的前提是"文化遗产是全体国民的财富"这样一种意识。这对于中国,乃至世界各民族的文化遗产保护具有重要的借鉴意义。

Based on an analysis of the heritage protection strategies for Japanese wine culture,this paper concludes that in protecting its cultural heritage,Japan has taken on core responsibility and has involved the participation of all citizens.The premise for all-out civic participation is the consciousness of ＂cultural heritage is the wealth of all countrymen＂.This attitude has great value for China and the other nations in promoting cultural heritage protection.
