摘要 科学、低成本地对饴糖厂渣糟进行精制加工获得白度(452nm )兰光反射率78.2的大米蛋白粉,以其为主辅料研制了营养素平衡的大米蛋白营养饼干。 After the residue from m altose factory w as processed in a scientificand low costway,the riceprotein pow der w as obtained.Its colour< 452 nm > blue ray reflection rate w as 78.2.The nutrition balanced rice protein nutrientbiscuitw asprepared in which the rice protein pow derw as used as a m ain ingredient.
