摘要
采用高频熔炼、快淬甩带和高能球磨的方式制备了Fe95Nd5合金,并通过控制球磨时间来调控合金粉末的微波物性。结果表明:长时间球磨可以减少合金中α-Fe的晶粒尺寸,使其自然共振频率向低频偏移,从而能够提高其低频的磁损耗μ",采用这种后处理工艺可以获得低频高损耗微波吸收材料。
In order to achieve a certain microwave absorption material, Fe95Nd5 alloy powder has been prepared by the method of high-frequency melting, rapid quenching, spinning and high-energy milling. The microwave properties of the powder were controlled by tuning the milling time. The experimental results indicated the size of α-Fe crystalline would been decreased for a long-time milling, and the natural resonance frequency of the corresponding material moved to a low frequency. As a result,μ" got a considerable rise. The microwave absorption material for a low-frequency application could be achieved using this preparation process.
