房地产业是我国经济发展的支柱产业,它的运行状态关系到土地资源的合理配置、产业结构的平衡、人民生活水平的改善。房地产行业在从土地购置到消费等各个环节的运行过程中,不仅涉及政府、银行、房地投资者和消费者等各方的利益和矛盾,而且还蕴含着许多的法理学价值取向。

The real estate industry is a pillar industry in China,whose well-being is much related to the rational use of land resources,the balance of industry structure and the improvement of living standard.It is assumed that the conflicts in the real estate industry involve the interests of the government,banks,real estate investors and consumers and that there exists a value orientation in many ways in terms of jurisprudence.
