摘要
我国儿童和青少年孤独感的研究成果较为丰硕,也有少数学者研究老年人的孤独感,而成人的孤独感研究较为缺乏,尤其是还没有针对企业刚入职人员的孤独感进行的研究。文章根据对当前孤独感的研究现状分析得出公司员工孤独感在性别、城乡、工作年限等方面的差异性研究。
Much research has been done on the feeling of loneliness of the old and children,yet little attention has been paid to enterprise employees.This paper attempts to study the differences in the feeling of loneliness of enterprise employees in terms of gender,rural or urban origin and work age.
