摘要
以大鼠足跖肿胀为模型 ,研究了牛初乳 (72h泌乳混合物 )低分子量部分 (小于 1 0 0 0 0 )的抗炎作用 ,研究结果表明 ,牛初乳乳清 1 0ku(1D =1u)超滤物对角叉莱胶所致的大鼠足跖胀肿具有显著的抑制作用 ,这一作用具有一定的剂量效应 ;同时 ,较高剂量 (大于 50 0mg/kg体重 ,口胶 )的超滤物可以显著降低炎性组织中前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )的含量。这一结果说明了初乳中含有低分子量的抗炎活性物质 ,这些物质对新生儿具有一定的生物学意义。
Using rat footpad odema as model, the anti inflammatory activity of low molecular weight fractions (<10?000) derived from bovine colostrum whey was studied. The colostrum whey permeats of UF treatment with 10?ku MW cut off was found to inhibite rat footpat odema induced by carrageenin, and exhibited dose dependent pattern.Higherdose(>500?mg/kg, orrally administrated) could significantly decrease the PGE 2 content in inflammatory footpad. The condusion can be deduced from our results that anti inflammatory factors with low molecular weight exist in bovine colostrum, and these factors exert some biological significance to neonates.
