摘要
研究调查了 5个有代表性的奶户所提供的奶 ,在挤出至交奶这段时间里细菌数的变化情况 ,分析了细菌增长的趋势和原因 ,提出了在奶户挤奶至交奶这一时间段防止鲜奶细菌生长和控制好鲜奶质量的方法。
This survey has investigated the microbial growth of raw milk, produced by 5 typical dairy farms, in the duration of milking to collection. The germination of the bacteria in various conditions are examined, and finally, some suggestions have been made on preventing high count of raw milk and making better control to raw milk microbiological quality.
