Chinese food industry has become the dominant industry of national economy, which will be a new big growth point of national economical development of the 21st century. Oriental foods are increasingly becoming the new focus of the world's attention. The consumer market developing in all directions demands more from the traditional foods. Therefore, it is especially important to discuss the necessity of the industrialization of traditional Chinese foods and the opportunily and challenge we are faced with.
