Design and Application of Clinic and Emergency Self-service Registration System

目的设计与应用医院自助挂号系统,优化就医流程。方法设计开发基于储值就诊卡模式的自助挂号系统。结果实现了自助挂号,免除了窗口排队挂号与缴费的等待环节。结论自助挂号系统的实施,提高了工作效率,方便了病人就诊,降低了运营成本。

Objective To discuss the design and application of self-service registration system in the hospital and optimize the inhospital flow. Methods The self-service registration system based on rechargeable-prepaid patient card was developed. Results Self service registration was realized. Waiting for registration and payment was avoided. Conclusion The implementation of self-service registration system avails for the patients, reduces the operationg cost, and improves the work efficiency.
