摘要
目的探讨信息化技术方案对缓解门诊"看病难"的应用效果。方法应用信息技术,开发基于医院信息系统的门诊自助服务系统。结果实现了办卡、挂号、取检验单、缴费、信息查询及服务质量评价等功能的自助服务模式。结论信息化技术的应用,优化了就诊流程,消除了挂号、取单及缴费等排队等候的环节,"看病难"的局面得到根本好转。
Objective To discuss the application effect of information technology scheme on release of the difficulties in medical care. Methods The clinic self-service system based on Hospital Information System was developed by using information technology. Results Self-service medical card transaction, registration, laboratory report printing, payment, information query and service quality evaluation were realized. Conclusion By Application of information technolo- gy, the clinic process can be optimized, waiting in the registration, report delivery and payment process can be dismissed, and the difficulties in medical care can be overcome.
