摘要
采用自编问卷,对745名义务教育阶段的中小学教师进行了调查,了解当前中小学校长在学校管理和发展中的基本情况。结果表明:校长实际扮演的角色与被期望的角色基本一致;但校长在关注课程事务、教师和学生方面投入时间、精力太少;部分校长对校园内外文化环境建设关注程度不高;部分校长的教育理论修养不高,尚没有为教师起到表率作用;校长对教师专业发展支持力度亟需加大。
After having surveyed 745 teachers by self - designed questionnaire, we find out the general situation of the headmaste rs in the management and development of schools. Some conclusions are drawn in this study: the headmasters ' roles in practice are the same as the roles expected basically; however, the headmasters' time and energy on curriculum affairs, teachers and students are too little ; some headmasters pay less attention to the construction of the inside and outside campus cultural environment; some headmasters' education theory quality is not so high as it is needed that they could not set good examples for the teachers ; the headmasters should provide more supports for the teachers'professional development.
