摘要
本文通过对266位民办农民工子女学校青年教师的专题调研,从受访者的基本信息、职业认同两个方面进行统计,辅以系列个案访谈实例,以分析民办农民工子女学校青年教师的职业生存现状,发现这个群体具有"蚁族"的基本特征,且具有男女比例失衡、学历偏低、社会地位和收入与自身职业期待有较大差距等问题。根据这些问题,本文提出了要帮助他们改善职业生存状态,给予考编机会、开放职称评定等政策建议,期待得到有关方面的重视和关注。
This study investigated 266 youth teachers in Non - governmental schools for migrant workers' children, assisted a series of interview cases, to statistics the essential information and the professional identity of interviewee, and analysed the existing pres- ent situation of youth teachers in Non-governmental Schools for Migrant Workers' Children. We had find that this group got essential characteristics of the Ant Tribe, and there were many problems, such as sex ratio imbalance, educational history on the low side, the deep gap between? social status /income and their occupation? expectancy. We also gave some policy advices , such as improving their existing present situation, providing the opportunity of establishment ceiling examination, opening professional ranks evaluation, and so on. Let' s expect more and more attention from the quarters concerned.
