摘要
本研究聚焦民办农民工子女学校教师的职业认同,从职业认识、职业情感、职业意志、职业技能、职业期望、职业价值观六个方面进行了比较全面的调查。调查结果显示:民办农民工子女学校教师在职业认同上,有积极的一面,也有消极的一面。积极的方面是民办农民工学校教师对教师职业的性质、功能和意义有比较正确的认识,大部分教师对自己的专业能力有比较高的感知,教师职业胜任感很高。消极的一面是职业情感体验比较消极,职业价值感较低,职业流动性非常大。
This study focused on the professional identity of the teachers in Non-governmental schools for migrant workers' chil- dren. We did a more comprehensive survey on six aspects: the professional knowledge, professional feelings, occupation will, profes- sional ability, career aspirations and professional values. The results show.: the teachers have a more accurate understanding on the na- ture of the teaching profession, function and meaning. Most of the teachers have a high sense of their professional competence and their professional ability. But they have a very negative professional emotional experience, career-esteem is very low, occupational mobility is very large.
